Terms of Use

1.Nature of the Service

TruthPixel.ai ("we," "us") provides automated image analysis tools intended to assess indicators of authenticity, manipulation, or origin in digital images (the "Service"). The Service is available as (a) a free public tool, and (b) a paid commercial service governed by a separate agreement and Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").

2.No Guarantee of Accuracy

The Service uses automated, algorithmic, and/or AI-based methods. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconclusive, and may produce false positives or false negatives. No analysis provided by the Service constitutes a definitive or forensic determination of authenticity. Results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any legal, financial, journalistic, editorial, or other consequential decision. The Service is not a substitute for professional forensic examination, expert testimony, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and TruthPixel.ai disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the Service or its results.

3.Free Public Tool

The free version of the Service is provided for general informational and exploratory use only.

No confidentiality guarantee. Images and files submitted through the free tool are processed without any guarantee of privacy, confidentiality, or secure handling. Do not upload images containing confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or personal information you are not willing to disclose.

Retention and use of submissions. By submitting an image through the free tool, you acknowledge and agree that TruthPixel.ai may retain the image, the analysis result, and associated metadata for purposes including historical logging, service improvement, and training or refining our analysis algorithms. Submissions may be retained indefinitely and are not treated as confidential.

The free tool carries the same accuracy limitations described in Section 2, with no service-level guarantees of uptime, support, or response time.

4.Paid Commercial Service

The paid service is intended for users who require analysis of confidential or sensitive material and is governed by a separate commercial agreement and TruthPixel.ai's Data Processing Agreement, which set out applicable confidentiality, data handling, security, and processing terms. Where there is any conflict between this disclaimer and the commercial agreement or DPA for paid users, the commercial agreement and DPA control with respect to confidentiality and data handling. The accuracy and liability limitations in Section 2 apply equally to the paid service unless expressly varied in your commercial agreement.

5.Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for: (a) determining whether the Service is appropriate for your intended use, (b) what materials you submit and whether you have the right to submit them, and (c) any decisions or actions taken based on the Service's output.
